Under this agreement, the government is committed to paying 20% of the dues before the month’s end, 20% during the first quarter of the next fiscal year, and the rest over three years.
During a session entitled, “stimulating investments for industrial transformation in Africa”, the minister said, “Boosting collaboration among African countries will positively reflect on developing African economies, and will play an important role in achieving economic and social equality in the continent.”
