The project will have 164 townhouses, each with its own garden, and the overall residential area is surrounded by large trees to ensure the privacy of its residents.
Heliopolis Hills’ facilities will include a clubhouse, spa, gym, swimming pool, restaurant and café, billiard area, running track, multi-sport courts, nursery, kid’s corner, outdoor cinema, and entertainment area. On the other hand, the commercial area features shops, pharmacy, dry cleaner, hairdresser, ATM machine, bakery shop, and car-wash service.
Moreover the project will be equipped with state-of-the-art operating and security systems, in addition to smart applications, Wi-Fi, and renewable energy options, as well as a private entrance for residents and round-the-clock maintenance services.
