A June report by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) said that Vodafone was named the best among the three mobile companies in providing voice services.
The report showed that 34,919 calls by the three mobile companies were monitored, 11,656 of which were by Vodafone. Of the calls examined for Vodafone, 141 were blocked and 91 experienced some technical problems.
Etisalat came in second place with 11,730 examined calls, 148 of which were blocked and 85 of which experienced technical problems.
NTRA’s report showed that Orange came in last place with 11,533 examined calls, 134 of which were blocked and 164 of which experienced malfunctions.
